  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites licensed appraisers to submit quotations for the engagement of the services of two (2) independent appraisers to conduct valuation of the following HGC properties in Subic Bay Freeport Zone:

  2. The scope of work shall be as follows:
    1. Determine the leasehold value of the properties;
    2. Identify the current rental rate and zonal value in the area where the properties are located;
    3. Submit assumptions and explanations in arriving at the valuation of the properties;
    4. Gather data/information within the area as basis for valuation which should be reflected in a map;
    5. Submit computations using other methodologies that may affirm the leasehold value;
    6. Submit pictures of the properties; and
    7. Submit two (2) hard copies (book bound and duly signed by the appraiser) and soft copy of the final appraisal reports.

  3. The appraisal report must be completed within thirty (30) days from receipt of HGC’s Notice to Proceed.

  4. The approved budget for the contract is Php237,000.00 or P118,500.00 per appraiser.

  5. All interested providers may submit proposal to the BAC Secretariat, Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Makati City and/or through telefax no. 897-3232 on or before 2:00 p.m. of December 16, 2016 together with the following documentary requirements:
    1. Mayor’s/Business Permit;
    2. PhilGEPS Registration;
    3. Income Tax Returns for CY 2015; and
    4. Omnibus Sworn Statement (BAC Form G-1).

  7. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
